Overview

SEED is a lending app concept designed to make borrowing feel fast, simple, and friendly. The landing page was built to introduce the product, explain the core flow, build trust, and turn interest into app downloads and waitlist signups.

Traditional lending websites often feel cold, heavy, and confusing. For SEED, the goal was to create a digital experience that feels human, light, and easy to understand while still communicating trust, speed, and financial clarity.

Project goal

Design a landing page that helps users quickly understand what SEED does, how it works, and why it feels different from a traditional lender. The experience needed to support three main ideas: borrow fast, manage easily, and feel safe.

Audience

The product is positioned for everyday Jamaicans who need a quicker and more accessible way to borrow money. The messaging speaks directly to real working people and small hustlers, including taxi drivers, hairdressers, vendors, cooks, and freelancers.

Brand direction

The visual direction aimed to feel warm, playful, and reassuring rather than cold or corporate. Instead of leaning into typical finance aesthetics, the design uses soft language, friendly microcopy, rounded UI, and light, optimistic product storytelling.

This matches the live page’s tone, which uses phrases like “Money made friendly”, “Big help, less hassle”, “Smooth like coconut milk”, and “Money talk, made human.”

Result

The final concept presents SEED as a more approachable digital lender: faster than a bank, easier to understand, and designed for real life. The landing page combines conversion-focused structure with a lighter brand personality, helping the product feel both practical and memorable.
